Put yourself First & Everyone Wins:
Women have the tendency to put themselves last on the
list. Just as the flight attendance reminds us to put
the oxygen mask on ourselves first, we must also learn
to put ourselves first in our everyday lives. When we
choose to live our lives this way, we have more to give
our family, our friends, and our careers.
When to say 'No' & When to say 'Yes":
Actions speak louder than words. Too often we say
something is important to us, but then we don't do it.
Take control of what gets your time and attention. Learn
to say "Yes" to your priorities and "No" to the the
things that are not. When your schedule reflects your
priorities, you become more efficient and productive in
all areas of your life.
Increasing Productivity:
Sometimes people or things can drain your energy without
you realizing it. Come find out how you may be losing
some of this valuable resource and what you can do to
plug up those drains. Discover healthy ways to energize
your life and become able to reach your personal and
professional goals.

"Recently,
I attended a seminar Lucy delivered. It was sold out
with a waiting list. The title was “Living Your
Priorities.” Lucy delivered exceptional content and
created a nurturing learning environment in which each
person was honored. She has a compassionate, yet tough
love approach that can truly help us all get “unstuck.”
Everyone was raving and asking for MORE. I have highest
regards for Lucy."

"Facilitating
discussions and meetings is a skill that requires
patience; understanding and well practiced listening
techniques. Lucy Wellmaker facilitated a series of group
discussions that I recently attended and she
demonstrated that she has mastered that skill. She
skillfully wove comments together to move the discussion
to its conclusion. She knew and understood her role as a
facilitator and really did an outstanding job."

"It
was such a pleasure to be among the participants in
Lucy's class. She was diligent in keeping the group
focused on issues pertinent to the topic. This called
for great skill given the wide range of personalities in
the group. Lucy has an infectious joy that is reflected
in her presentation, her interactions, and her
facilitation. She is obviously right in line with the
work she loves to do."
